The Bylaardt Sweetened Composite Brandy Zimbro spends two years aging in oak casks before juniper is introduced. This juniper, a type of accessory fruit, provides the spirit with a distinct taste and aroma, also offering digestive benefits. It has earned accolades such as a Gold Medal at Expocachaça in 2021 and a Sensory Merit Medal in 2023.
