Smell: loads of sweet island fruit, banana, floral notes, and brine from olives. Flavor: Extremely velvety on the palate. More tropical fruit, faint wisps of smoke, a pleasant heat that doesn't linger, and just a touch of saltiness.
The aroma clearly identifies this as an agricole. It's smooth and not too intense. It doesn't have as much of the typical agricole funk.
