About this bottle
This expression from Buzzard's Roost, an independent bottler and blender, is a 4-year-old double-barreled bourbon from Indiana's MGP distillery. Its mash bill consists of 59% corn, 36% rye, and 5% malted barley. The bourbon was subsequently finished in a lightly charred (char #1) oak barrel and bottled at 105 proof. An initial production of 250 cases was followed by a larger release. Launched in July 2022, this bourbon commemorates the brand's 3rd anniversary, alongside another bottling.
