"Jerry's Batch" is the third Booker's batch release for 2025, named in honor of Jerry Dalton, the sole Master Distiller at James B. Beam Distilling Co. who was not a member of the Beam family. Dalton assumed the Master Distiller role after Booker Noe retired, serving until the current Master Distiller, Fred Noe, was prepared for the position. This batch was produced on seven different dates and stored across nine warehouses. It was aged for 7 years, 4 months, and 21 days, and bottled uncut and unfiltered at 124.7 proof (62.35% ABV). Availability across the United States is expected to start in September 2025, with a suggested retail price of $99.99.

Toasted apple. I anticipate vanilla and caramel, but perhaps it's too potent or I'm too unwell. Great body. Fiery, even with some ice and a bit of water. I won't have any more until this cold resolves, however.
Spicy and hot right from the start. Cinnamon, oak, and spice are about all I could discern. Adding an ice cube changes the entire profile; I detect hints of apple, clove, and perhaps a bit of vanilla, which significantly mellows it, making it smoother and much more enjoyable.
Taste: Vanilla is very prominent in the flavor, with some cherry. It's quite potent but sweet. Look: Deep amber color. Smell: Vanilla and sweet corn.
