An intense Irish Whiskey / Poitin from the Bunratty Fine Drinks Distillery in County Clare, distilled from Barley and unaged, resulting in a very distinct and overpowering smell. It has an intense beginning with notes of raw sugar, black licorice, candied citrus, hints of honey & raspberry; while a warm middle adds hints of melon, honey sweetness & warm earth; leading to a bittersweet, medium-length finish with unique dryness, along with hints of grass, creamy vanilla & toasted walnut.
