About this bottle

Buffalo Trace's Experimental Collection Peated Bourbon, the 26th release since the collection's 2006 debut, uses smoked peated malt instead of malted barley in its mash bill. This Kentucky straight bourbon spent nearly 10 years maturing in new, charred American oak barrels before being bottled at 90 proof. Available in 375ml bottles, it began a limited nationwide release in May 2023, priced at an SRP of $46.99.
