About this bottle

This bourbon from Buffalo Trace's Experimental Collection is made using a mash bill composed of six grains: corn, buckwheat, brown rice, sorghum, wheat, and rye. Eight barrels were filled for this release, with the whiskey aging for 7 years and 1 month before bottling. All grains utilized are certified organic, making the whiskey organic. It is sold at 90 proof and, like all whiskeys in the Experimental Collection, is available in a 375ml bottle.
