Nose: Subtle herbal notes, almost like herbes de Provence. Brown sugar is also present, along with new leather. Reminiscent of a new leather-bound journal. Sip: Man, a balance of oak, herbs, and then fresh-baked bread. Like bread that's still warm from the oven. Finish: Not exceptionally long. A bit of that herbalness and sweetness still lingers. A really pleasant sipper.

This particular rye from Jefferson's is a combination of straight rye whiskeys from undisclosed sources, aged for 9, 7, and 6 years. It also incorporates the previously mentioned Ocean Aged at Sea Rye Whiskey. Bottled at 88 proof, it will be available across the country starting in May 2025. (SRP $34.99)

Similar to Sazerac, it offers fruit, spice, and vanilla, with a smooth mouthfeel. It's understandable why this distillery would emulate one of the finest with their blended rye.
Pleasing cherries and rye spice. Fantastic neat flavor for the price.
Good aroma, tannic. A mix of 5 different rye whiskies. Cost $33 at the store.
A friend described it as "juicy".
