About this bottle
This rum was distilled by Caroni in Trinidad in 1996 and matured in used oak casks until 2011. Subsequently, it was transferred to port casks for an additional two years before its bottling in the United Kingdom. When the liquid is swirled, a thick ring forms around the glass with equally substantial legs that descend slowly. As the ring dissipates, it leaves behind thick deposits on the glass's interior.
