Grain notes dominate the nose, complemented by lifting spice and citrus. At 53% cask strength, it's unapologetic: medicinal, baked spices, and a trace of smoke. Finished in American oak and tawny casks, it's sharp and vibrant, with lingering spices and a hint of liquorice.
