About this bottle
This is the first bottling from Hawk's Rock Distillery, located in County Sligo, Ireland. Master Blender Helen Mulholland created the blend, which is being released by the Sazerac Company. It comprises double-distilled single malt whiskeys, each initially matured for at least 14 years in American oak casks that previously held bourbon. Subsequently, these were transferred to various finishing casks, including French Muscat, French Sauternes, Spanish Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry, Barbadian rum, and others, for a total oak maturation period of at least 20 years. It is bottled at 94 proof (47% ABV) and has been available in limited quantities since June 2025. (SRP $199 /700ml)
