Boatyard Distillery is situated on the shores of Lough Erne in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. They utilize an organically produced wheat spirit as their base and incorporate eight botanicals. Alongside sweet gale, foraged from the family bog, the other botanicals include juniper, coriander, lemon peel, licorice root, angelica, orris, and grains of paradise.
