This tastes like garbage and is what daring college students here in Japan drink to get wasted.... (they call it the Black Nikka Challenge 😅) it costs about $7 for a 700ml bottle here in Japan and can be found in nearly every store. I'd suggest keeping your cash and skipping this entirely unless you want to attempt the Black Nikka Challenge....

The aroma is light, reminiscent of white wine, with floral notes and a touch of wood. Despite the delicate nose, the palate and finish are robust and warming. While not particularly remarkable, it remains intriguing due to a taste profile that defied expectations set by the scent.
I kept this on hand for occasional sore throats. It was quite bad, even with a tablespoon of honey added. Extremely sweet and thin. Still hold fond memories, though.
Enjoyable on the rocks. I generally consider myself a whisky connoisseur, but honestly, it's not terrible.
In my estimation, it's light and smooth. Great for sipping and enjoyment.
It possesses a very dull flavor.
