Cool whiskey. 10yr Canadian proofed to 100 with TX limestone water and then aged for another 2-3yrs. Nice green pepper, rye spice, pear and a light caramel sweetness.

Eucalyptus and mint are present on both the nose and palate. It's essentially Alberta Premium with slightly more wood character.
Satisfactory flavor, quite intense as it goes down.
