This rum is smooth, featuring tropical fruit, dried fruit, raisins, pepper, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, and treacle. There's a slight burn on the nose, but none on the palate.
A very mellow rum, ideal for enjoying neat or with a big ice cube. Hints of cinnamon, raisins, and a touch of fruit are present.
The aroma is rather simple, dominated by yellow fruits and minerals. On the palate, it's very dry with a mineral character.
