On the nose: earthy, spicy, and herbaceous aromas, with notes of tobacco and leather, some dried rye pieces, and hints of sweet dark toffee underneath. On the palate: a thick and oily texture, with leather and oil at the forefront, followed by spice and herbs, rich dark sugars at the back, some dried apricots and citrus peel, and a touch of sweet brown sugar. The finish is spicy and oily, with a long-lasting warmth.

Smells like: apples, citrus, ethanol. Tastes like: barley, peanuts, butterscotch. The finish is very brief, with a hint of oak. It was better than I anticipated, with a flavor profile similar to Evan Williams Bottled in Bond despite the differences in ingredients and price. Edit: A strong malty funk has emerged that I find unpleasant.
Sweet and caramel notes on the aroma. Hints of orange and a touch of floral. Remarkably smooth given its alcohol content, and it was excellent over ice.
This tastes much more like a scotch than a bourbon. It's smooth with good flavor; I would never have guessed it was a bourbon.
The aroma resembles a dusty hay barn, very similar to Willett, with a taste of hay and a very spicy orange flavor.
I'm not enjoying it. An off-putting taste I can't quite describe. It seems heavily influenced by oak.
