This NOM 1585 agave spirit from Jalisco (Ciénega), Mexico begins with subtle notes of agave, earth, fruit, florals, herbs, and spices. Its lively middle phase offers a crisp and fruity character with touches of apple, tangerine, fig, honey, mint, and thyme. The finish is medium in length and well-rounded, featuring hints of white pepper, allspice, marshmallow, and dried cherry. The spirit was produced in stone/brick ovens, fermented in stainless steel, and triple distilled in stainless pot stills with copper coils, then bottled at 40% ABV.

Excellent. Mellow. Just a hint of sweetness, citrus, and a touch of flowers.
Smooth, potent impact but no ill effects afterward.
