Azuñia Blanco is a tequila made from 100% blue weber agave cultivated in Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is harvested 8 to 10 years after planting, then roasted in clay hornos ovens for 36 hours. Natural yeast facilitates fermentation before the tequila is double distilled and bottled without aging. It holds USDA organic certification and is additive-free.

This tequila makes all other silver tequilas taste like tequila-flavored vodka. It has a genuine natural flavor with a subtle smoky/woody note on the finish. Strangely, it wasn't aged in a barrel. If you appreciate tequila, this is the minimum quality you should aim for.
Pure, sharp, natural. Perfect for cocktails or drinking straight. Notes of banana, vanilla, pepper, and smoothness! The best part about this unaged spirit… NO UNPLEASANT AFTER EFFECTS!
Aroma of plants, ash, spearmint, grapes, and woodsmoke, with a hint of bubblegum. It's mildly sweet with a touch of pepper and agave, leading to a spicy finish.
I'm not usually a tequila drinker, but this is a solid choice when needed. Bought it on sale and it was a good deal.
