About this bottle
Gra’it (pronounced "great") is a lightly aged grappa originating from the Bonollo family's operations in Italy's Veneto region. Notably, the spirit is distilled from the pommace of seven esteemed Italian grape varieties: Nebbiolo, Glera, Aglianico, Sangiovese, Moscato, Nero d’Avola, and Corvina. The resulting grappa is then rested for 12 months in Slavonian oak casks, which impart a milder influence compared to French or American oak.
