Palate: Dry, light body featuring gentle floral oak, sweet wild high mountain honey, agave juice, freshly made raisin, new cedar furniture, and a light mixed fresh herbal tea. Finish: Exceptionally balanced and long-lasting. Comparison: Remarkable grappa, akin to Italian Vin Santo sweet wine.
