A very intriguing blend of South African botanicals that I cannot hope to describe accurately. A relaxed, juniper-forward base with sweet orange citrus, but also a certain almost mushroom-like savoriness on top. It doesn't sound like it should work, but it's so delicately balanced that it somehow does. I think I can detect rosemary and coriander in the aftertaste, but that's likely just my limited European flavor perception.
