I was unaware whiskey was produced in France... It has a light body, bready character, and some berry notes on the palate. The finish is lengthy, with some dark fruit, concluding with a slightly dry sensation.
Very light, abundant oak and spice. Milder baking spices that persist into the finish. Medium body.
Initially unimpressive, but after a brief adjustment period, it proved quite good. Fresh and light.
