About this bottle
This independent release, part of the New World Project line from New World Whisky Distillery, was created for the renowned Lui Bar in Melbourne. Located 55 floors above the street in the Rialto Tower, the whisky was initially limited to 341 bottles. Despite its limited release, it has been utilized by patrons as a cocktail base. The spirit matures in 200-liter former Old Corio port barrels. Uncolored and non-chill filtered, this whisky was first bottled in November 2014, following an unspecified maturation period.
