An elegant Agave Spirit from NOM 1137. It starts aromatically with notes of agave, citrus, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of cooked agave, green bell pepper & lime; leading to a slightly creamy & spicy, medium-length finish with notes of black pepper, sea spray & metal.
