This is one of four cocktails created by a mixologist at the bar connected to the Archie Rose distillery in Rosebery, Sydney. These cocktails are available in 700ml bottles from the bar or online. The Golden Gimlet is a classic gimlet (gin and lime cordial) enhanced with elderflower and lychee liqueurs, using Archie Rose's Standard Gin as its base. It's believed all ingredients are distilled in-house. It's sweet, refreshing, and easy to enjoy. Other pre-mixed drinks offered are Espresso Martinique (an espresso martini variation), Tall Poppy (a sour Clover Club cocktail without egg white), and a classic pre-mixed Negroni.
