About this bottle
Founded in 1857 by Jesuit Priests, Château Ksara stands as Lebanon's oldest winery. Their arak, named Ksarak, undergoes triple distillation using chosen grapes and high-quality aniseed from the Mt. Hermon region. It is then aged for 24 months in clay jars handcrafted in Beit Chabab, a Lebanese village renowned for its traditional pottery.
