About this bottle
Château de Kefraya in Lebanon's Bekaa Valley produces only one spirit: Arak de Kefraya. The estate cultivates its own grapes for all its products. This arak is crafted from the cinsaut grape varietal and is distilled four times. During its final two distillations, premium Syrian aniseed is incorporated.
