A refined spirit from NOM 1137. Its beginning presents aromas of agave, zest, botanicals, and spice. A robust middle stage introduces cooked agave, green bell pepper, and lime. The finish is a bit creamy and peppery, lasting a moderate time with hints of black pepper, sea spray, and metal. April 2016 / April 2017 / February 2019 / December 2021 / May 2022
