Distilled in copper pot stills from 100% blue weber agave in Jalisco, Mexico, AMBHAR Tequila Plata undergoes a unique five-time distillation process, unlike the typical double distillation for most tequilas. It is then mellowed for up to 60 days in stainless steel tanks before bottling at 40% ABV.
