My first Quebec amaro. It's a blend of sweet orange citrus and menthol/alpine herb character. It has a definite warming sensation and I detect a distinct cinnamon hearts-like quality. A faint hint of licorice is present in the background. It's respectable, but not among my top choices.

Sharp. A distinct menthol presence with a bit of ginger burn in the finish. Some orange peel notes in the mid-palate. It's decent, but definitely not my favorite amaro. In some ways, it's like a less expensive version of Amaro Sibona.
