About this bottle
Alma del Jaguar is crafted using a combination of two distinct tequilas, each fermented with a different yeast: one natural wild yeast and the other a Champagne yeast. The Vivanco family produces both tequilas at NOM 1414 from 100% blue weber agave sourced from Los Altos, Jalisco. Spirits entrepreneur McCauley Williams, inspired by his uncle Rick Williams of the Northern Jaguar Project, founded the brand with the aim of supporting wild jaguar conservation in Mexico and the US. It became available in May 2023. (SRP $49.99) Additive free.

Okay taste. The finish is unusual but not unpleasant.
Sweet potato, rosemary, sage, and apple. Incredibly smooth.
