Bottle 845 of 1045. The nose is slightly sweet and herbal with notes of vanilla, flowers, green bell pepper, cantaloupe, grass, overripe peach, celery, parsley, light smoke, and black pepper. On the palate, there's smoke, black pepper, stone fruit, earth, vanilla, grass, wood, and sweet cantaloupe. The finish is long, peppery, smoky, and sweet. Bold on the palate, softer on the nose, but quite complex throughout.
