This is not a cachaça but a blended spirit with an infusion of herbs in a sugar cane distillate base. Milagre de Minas transports us back to old private wine cellars and homemade apothecaries where special infusions aged for extended periods. Developed by a pharmacist and botanist, Milagre de Minas is the result of infusing 16 herbs: Boldo do Chile, Nó-de-Cachorro, Catuaba, Catuaba-do-Campo, Cinnamon, Sassafras, Casca Danta, Espinheira Santa, Amburana, Fennel, Jatobá, Basil, Clove, Sucupira, and others. It is balanced, challenges taste perceptions, and stimulates the taste buds before or after meals. It can also be used in cooking and in mixed drinks and cocktails.
