About this bottle
Agave de Cortés Blanco Mezcal is crafted from 100% estate-grown espadín agave. The agave is roasted in an earth oven, and its juices are extracted using a mule-drawn tahona wheel. Fermentation occurs naturally in the open air, followed by double distillation before it is bottled unaged at 43% alcohol by volume.
