Quite enjoyable. It's remarkably smooth, pleasantly sweet, with just the right amount of rye spice. I might need to buy a bottle.

About this bottle
Rye grain cultivated by Jonathan Adnams at his Reydon farm, located a short distance from the brewery and distillery in Southwold, is used for this rye whisky. The spirit is composed of 75% rye and 25% malted barley, and it is aged for at least 5 years in new French oak barrels. Bottling occurs at 47% ABV without chill filtration.
