Crafted in Jalisco, Mexico, this tequila is made from 100% blue agave. Its creator, Gildardo Partida, belongs to a lineage that has been involved in tequila production for over a century. This tequila underwent a three-week aging process in French oak casks and is bottled at 80 proof.

As a beginner in tequila, I found this surprisingly smoky, though it might be the herbaceous notes. It's definitely on the sweeter side. A very enjoyable introduction to tequila.
