An intense, single-estate Brandy from the Abecassis family in Cognac, France. It begins aromatically with bold notes of cinnamon and tree fruits. Its complex development includes hints of Cognac, apple, orange, and more cinnamon, leading to a long, warming finish with notes of cinnamon sticks and orange zest. Sampled September 2019.
