About this bottle
Cane and Coffee is included in Bowman's Experimental Collection. Its creation involves a blend of black strap molasses and evaporated cane juice, co-fermented with a special selection of roasted coffee. Additional coffee beans were introduced to the still's botanical basket, allowing coffee bean essences to be vapor extracted in the recovered spirit. The spirit is then rested in bourbon barrels. This release became available in May 2021, with the listed bottle price reflecting a 375 mL size.
