4 Copas Reposado Tequila is produced using organically cultivated blue weber agave and organic wild yeast. It is aged for nine months in American oak barrels and bottled at 40% ABV. This tequila holds certifications as organic from both the USDA and the EU, and is also Kosher certified.

Neat. Aroma is earth, oak, agave, vanilla, caramel, a touch of herbs/mint. Taste is true to the aroma. Agave sweet, oak, vanilla, caramel, butter, slight tropical fruits and toasted coconut. Finish is moderate with a little oak and pepper.
A bit disappointing compared to their unaged version. The bold aromas and flavors found in the unaged expression seem softened by the vanilla and other oak-derived notes. It drinks very smoothly.
Tastes like salted cookie dough, with a non-suspicious sweetness that transitions into a peppery finish.
