About this bottle
Gristmill Distillers' 1892 Forever Wild Apple Brandy is crafted from New York apples grown in the Adirondack Mountains, close to the site of fermentation, distillation, and aging. The brandy undergoes double distillation and rests for 162 days in new American oak barrels, also made in the Adirondacks. The name "1892 Forever Wild" commemorates the establishment of Adirondack Park in that year by the New York State Legislature, making it the largest publicly protected area in the contiguous United States and declaring it "forever wild." Currently, it is exclusively available within New York State.
