About this bottle
1800 Milenio is an extra añejo tequila crafted from blue weber agave. It undergoes a double maturation process: initial aging in American oak barrels for several years, followed by a 4- to 6-month finishing period in French oak cognac barrels. Initially launched in 2000 to mark the millennium, a subsequent edition was later reissued. This tequila is bottled at 40% ABV.

It's overly sweet, oaky, and smoky for those who prefer traditional tequila, but who needs authenticity, sophistication, and restraint when you can have this richness of flavor? A unique style of tequila.
Nice aromas from the French oak, but it comes at the expense of the agave. Smooth and enjoyable overall, but I have to agree with some reviewers that it's not very special.
Very good. The aroma has notes of burnt agave, citrus, minerals, and caramel.
This is a very pleasant and flavorful spirit, comparable to Grand Patron Piedras.
It has a strong character with a slightly smoky finish. It's pleasant but unremarkable.
