Zeppelin Bend Reserve

Due to 4.75 years in various barrels, it's quite balanced for a craft spirit. It certainly has fruitiness from the Sherry finish; it has a little burn for me without water, so I'll have to try it with some next time I taste. I purchased this straight from the distillery in August 2019, waited until August 2020 to open it, and honestly, I regret not opening it sooner!

Consumed neat: The aroma offers vanilla with oak and raisin flavors, and a pleasant warmth with a potential chocolate aftertaste. Served on the rocks: This simply unifies all these elements and lessens the intensity of the warmth. A fantastic spirit for sipping!
