A bit weak, lacking smoke, but sweet with hints of caramel. This whisky has a light aroma. The palate offers notes of caramel and honey. The finish is brief but enjoyable. In a time when people seek out Japanese Whisky, Yamato presents a worthy alternative.

This spirit is quite deceptive. It lacks an aftertaste, making its flavor profile hard to define. It's drinkable in large quantities.
Is it strange to think it feels off? There's no harsh whiskey bite...The flavor is what elevated this to a 3.
A sweet and light (perhaps even weak) flavor profile, with a faint spicy finish. Reminiscent of honey-roasted oats.
Smell: Little aroma, reminiscent of Japanese whiskey. Taste: Smooth, a hint of spice, sweet.
Smooth with a hint of sweetness. Best enjoyed with two ice cubes.
