This batch-distilled, Daveco select spirit is made from 75% corn, 12.5% malt, and 12.5% wheat. The nose has caramel, sweet corn, and hay. The palate is sweet and grainy with some raisin and candied peanuts. It has a slight bite, perhaps a citrus note, and finishes nutty.
