This whiskey is made entirely from blue corn, grown and harvested within the distillery's home state of Missouri. It is bottled at a 40% ABV.

The nose is alcoholic, reminiscent of tequila. It's warm on the tongue. Corn and alcohol are present, with a medicinal quality, but it's not unpleasant. There are no bitter or off-putting flavors. It's definitely best suited as a mixer.
