The aroma was surprisingly rich. The taste is equally rich and pleasantly smooth with notes of sweet corn and caramel. The finish is well-rounded, sweet, and bright. Truly a well-crafted spirit.
Mellow and sweet with some body. No harshness. My preferred moonshine to date.
