Wollersheim Round Top Rye

This possesses a multitude of flavors and is quite bold and assertive. It demands attention, but there's a pleasing sweetness and the barrel influence is quite good. A nice combination of spice and vanilla.

Spice, caramel, and sweet wood on the nose. Smooth, sweet, spicy taste. A mild, lingering finish. It's a bit sweeter than most ryes I've experienced. I'm not a seasoned taster; I simply appreciate all types of whiskey, regardless of its spelling.

It's a little sharp, even for a rye. Spicy. It's drinkable and made nearby, but I feel this might be best in a cocktail or on nights when I'm craving some bite...I should still try it diluted

This shouldn't be your primary choice for Rye. The flavor is acceptable, but it produces impressive flames when poured onto a fire.

I really like their wine... this tastes like raw corn... perhaps it needs more aging???

Unusual, it doesn't resemble a rye whiskey at all 🤔 quite mild...
