Ingredients list: Botanical Build: Juniper Berries, Lemongrass, Coriander, Grains of Paradise, Cardamom, Lemon Peel, Chamomile Flower, Orris Root, Hibiscus, Angelica Root. 4.12.22 Served: Neat, Flute Bottle Open: 6 months (mostly full) Last intake: Dates and cheddar. Smell: Captivating floral and citrus scents. Lemon, pine, juniper, coriander, jasmine dragonfruit. Taste: Sharp juniper with a lingering gin bitterness. Medium body with some oils remaining on the tongue. Thicker than bombay, thinner than tanqueray or ford's. It still has some fruity/citrusy character, but the noticeable flavors are juniper and coriander. Excellent for sipping and with tonic. In my experience, it gets a bit lost in complicated mixed drinks.
