About this bottle
The gin-making process begins with an English-grain spirit. Twelve botanicals, including juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, almond, orris root, nutmeg, cinnamon, cassia, licorice, savory, lemon, and orange peel, are macerated in the spirit for 24 hours prior to distillation. After a two-week resting period, the gin is mixed with water and neutral spirit to reduce the proof to 41% ABV. This product is not presently offered in the U.S.
