I'm tasting oak and leather. It's a bit too spicy for my preference due to the cask strength, but it remains smooth for a high ABV spirit. It's not bad, but it's not a top choice for me.
A barrel selection from The Wine and Cheese Place. It was aged for 4 years and 9 months. Found in Rickhouse A-N12-D9. Uses Yeast Strain FermPro1.
